Dwindling Veggies

This is all that is left of this summer's veggie garden. We have 1 bell pepper plant still producing, some cherry tomato's, peppers and 1 sickly dwarf Mandarin-orange tree, we are trying to save.

Yesterday, DH and I started clearing the yard, weed eating, moving our global buckets to a sunnier location. There is always a sadness when the summer growing season comes to a end.

As we clean-up, we speak of enlarging our urban-plot next spring and look forward later in the winter, planning that out.

It was not our best summer for veggies. But as any gardeners knows, There is always Next Year.
