Moms jello poke cake

 As mentioned in my previous post - how my Mom would bake these poke cakes and we thought she was the best, most creative baker. Well now we all know... These Retro cakes are making a comeback! This recipe by Betty Crocker is exactly how my Mom made it.

  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ white cake mix 
  • Water, vegetable oil and egg whites called for on cake mix box
  • 1 box (4-serving size) raspberry-flavored gelatin  (Any flavor)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed (3 cups)
  • Fresh raspberries, if desired
