Asian Dumplings with Pickled Ginger Drizzle Makes: 14 servings Serving Size: 2 dumplings each Yields: 28 to 30 dumplings Prep: 50 mins Cook: 6 mins per batch

1 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of snipped fresh cilantro

1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 small serrano chile pepper, seeded and finely chopped*
1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon of hot chili-flavored oil 8 ounces of ground raw turkey breast
28 3-1/2- inch-diameter round wonton wrappers
Nonstick cooking spray
