Hanging in there

Each hour today I am feeling better - the evening will be the real test. My fever spikes and I start all that coughing. I get the chills, then sweats. My daughter-in-law, Sara works the CICU and she’s been checking in on me. She told me if my fever spikes to 102 and I’m having problems breathing, to get to emergency. I do feel it in my chest but that’s normal for me with the crunchy lungs. Nice to have a nurse in the family.

  2. I hope your recovery quickly and don't need to head for the hospital. It definitely must be nice to have a nurse in the family.

  3. By all means keep tabs on that fever and the lungs. Don't wait too long to get help. Do you have any antibiotics? You really need to get something! Praying for you now. We are on the tail end of this thing, but I know exactly how you are feeling. The fever and chills that I had were wild. Please take care. Listen to your DIL>
