Just today I was looking for these little wooden picket fences that I had 20+ years ago. I bought them at Michaels. Then through the years I used them with plants. Now I want to use the wood and I can't find them. I bet he junked them. It's no longer sturdy enough to sit on, but does a good job of holding various decorations. However, as we're getting ready to downsize and that bench won't come with us. I had Hubby put it out next to the trash can, and hope someone sees enough potential in it to take it off the curb.Kathy Ghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10593849691667606991noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7120433865158128966.post-91437851977196986172019-09-14T08:42:29.681-07:002019-09-14T08:42:29.681-07:00New legs? Lots of things around here would get burned without my knowledge if I didn't shamelessly have spies watching my husband. He removed the old cedar siding and replaced it and was going to burn the old boards! Lucky for me he is not quick on the clean up and I stowed those boards away in a forbidden (to him) area. I am still using them for various projects 3 years later!Kathy's Klotheslinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17881966393157941515noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7120433865158128966.post-5633613973370776742019-09-12T16:07:59.139-07:002019-09-12T16:07:59.139-07:00I'm not giving up on keeping it a table...I'm not giving up on keeping it a table...Debby https://www.blogger.com/profile/02574297621214864538noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7120433865158128966.post-27531102881580665302019-09-12T16:07:30.553-07:002019-09-12T16:07:30.553-07:00I've seen others use old sweaters to make wint...I've seen others use old sweaters to make winter pillows and even to cover a pumpkin. I have a sweater I bought back in 1990 when the knee-length sweaters and jackets were really in style. I still have it, 29 years old with some holes here and there and I LOVE it! I will never give it up, in fact I'm wearing it right now! :) If ever it wears down to too many threads, I 'll try to make a doggie sweater out of it! :)Rain https://www.blogger.com/profile/14377719049819222133noreply@blogger.com
