We’ve had a lot of rain since Friday but nothing like the media has been hyping.
They said 55 mph winds - it’s all been normal like winter storms. People forget!
We’re having normal yard flooding and street flooding. In the burn scars is where “too much too soon” is not good. Yeah we’re in a drought but getting it all at one crack is not good.
But it’s still nothing like the hype.
The husband says it is stalled and could hit tonight.
I’ll believe it when it gets here.
Weather can be weird. Yesterday it rained in my back yard but not in the front. I never listen to what they predict, just look at the Doppler maps.
ReplyDeleteLOL I've had that happen before too.
DeleteI was just reading this...and whatever y'all get on the West Coast, we will eventually see here in the Southern Tier / Western NY. Been raining here non stop since late yesterday. Stay safe. smiles
ReplyDeleteAll is well here; Our pacific storm door has officially opened up for us.
DeleteI heard about those forecasts for y'alls area and I'm glad it was only hype. Sounded terrible.
ReplyDeleteLifting you up in prayer today and your first eye surgery.
Blessings. xx
Yeah it was a big storm sure, but the hype only frightened people.
DeleteOh and thanks for praying - yes tomorrow is the big day.
DeleteIs there nothing that the media won't hype?
ReplyDeletewell yeah but I refuse to talk about on this blog. They pick and choose to go with with their narrative.
DeleteThe best way to know the weather, go outside and see.............lol
ReplyDeleteYep and we had a empty 50 gallon trashcan - the husband placed it out on Friday and it is to the top today full of rainwater.
DeleteWe have been getting rain and more rain. I did hear about your "bomb". I hope it fizzles!
ReplyDeleteIt pretty much fizzled out up here but south of us, they had it pretty bad I guess. I still think it is hyped up - to fulfil their narrative.
