Changes are fun

I should be getting my distance eyeglasses sometime next month. I want to get something totally different. It's time for a new look.  I visited an online shop for eyeglasses and tried the virtual try-on and found something I like that I hope to find locally.  Really cute lavender eyeglasses. At least it gives me a rough estimate of how I will look.

I'm reading that since my hair is silver grey (natural) the wire rims make people look old and worn out. Maybe that's why I feel old and worn out - it's my wire-rimmed eyeglasses!

I really like these. I hope I can find them.

Some people don't like change. Sara was the only one who loved the eyeglasses I liked.  Of course, she is also the one that just got her hair done in rainbow colors.

The bottom line is I will do what I want. If I like it, then it doesn't matter.

I thought this hair color was pretty and who knows...maybe next year I will get this done to match my snappy new eyeglasses.

After this upcoming surgery, I need to think positive and get that shoulder well and then do a fun makeover.

  1. Always do what you like. I have always done so with my glasses. The first pair I got were red frames. These are blue frames and people always tell me they love that I put colour on my face.

Mind you I don't think I would do rainbow hair, but more power to Sara for doing so.

    God bless.

  2. I like the rainbow colors. Hate the solid weird colors like blue and purple, I like the rainbow though.

  5. To each his own, right?! Vive la différence. If it makes you happy, go for it. I'm so boring I rarely change. I hope you find those glasses too.
    Blessings. xx

  6. I gave up on wire frame glasses because I am always pushing them up on my head and then getting my hair tangled in the nose pieces.
Your daughter in laws hair is so pretty, whoever did the work did a great job.
