This is Grizzly Lake - a possible spot for the scattering. Isn't it breathtaking?
We would be hovering above it -
Makes me think of the old gospel song, Peace in the Valley.
The date has been set. It will take place on Saturday, May 6 - at 10:00 am -
I have to email him the weight of the passengers -
Years ago, I had checked into burying the ashes in a cemetery and I also checked into a columbarium. All those options were well over $1600 -
This is perfect - plus we all get to enjoy this unique opportunity.
The main thing is I have peace over it.
There'll be peace in the valley for me someday
There'll be peace in the valley for me
I pray no more sorrow and sadness or trouble will be
There'll be peace in the valley for me
The last 3 days have been sunny and nice - still unseasonably cold. A storm is coming in for the next 2 days bringing more rain. There is an end in sight - even though we can't actually see it. I just know it's coming...probably not until mid-April.
After all, "April showers bring May flowers" -
What a beautiful place. 💜 I can hear Elvis singing, 🎶🎶 he did a lovely job with that song. More rain for us too in SoCal. Have a good day. V.

The timing is very soon and time will pass fast.

DeleteI've heard of Grizzly Lake, but have never been. It's pretty! I looked out my window this morning, and we are buried in snow.......again! It's pretty, but hard to drive in. It's even a bigger snow storm than the last one.
ReplyDeleteWishing you peace this week, Debby. I really like the peace verse you shared today.
